Your prints will be ready within 24-48 business hours after we receive your order. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up. Please ensure all your information is accurate to avoid any delays.

Special pick-up times can be arranged with prior notice.
Rush Orders: Need your prints fast? Choose our Same-Day Printing option for an additional $25 rush fee. Place your order by 1 PM, and it will be ready for pick-up by 5 PM the same day!
Please note: Orders placed after 7 PM on Thursday until 3 PM on Friday will require a rush order fee.
Application Instructions: Press for 12-15 seconds at 290°F (145°C) with medium pressure.
Important: We print exactly what you submit, so please make sure your images are high quality. We are not responsible for the quality of the final print if low-resolution images are provided.
